What in the heck are fat bombs? I follow a carb-cycling diet. This means I have a couple days a week I do low carb/high fat and these little babies help not only my infinite sweet tooth, but they help get all the fat in. Healthy fats are a little harder to get in when you are trying to eat whole foods so I love to add these to the end of my day as a treat.
These mimic an Almond Joy and I’m here for it! They are super easy to make, no cooking involved! Just mix everything and freeze. Then you just pull them from the freezer and enjoy frozen. Almond Joy Fat Bombs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tsp Dark Cocoa Powder or Cocoa
- 3 tsp Stevia
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 2 tbsp Slivered Almonds or Crushed
- Melt butter, coconut oil, and almond butter
- Mix all together
- Pour into 6 muffin tins with liners
- Eat frozen
